After all those constant meetings with the experts of Real Estate, it is as crystal-clear to me that I need to be more informative and educative in the sense, where it comes to property, particularly here in Cebu.
In this instance, I will feed my readers more about when and where to invest. And probably, it is somehow showing the expertise, telling the people [clients] the do's and dont's of real estate investments [disclosure].
With this mission, I'm expanding the horizon of being a real estate broker as an Agency to a so-called "Property Sentinel"- safeguarding clients from the unprofessional bureaucracy of agency. This is to in-depth the meaning or definition of a Real Estate Brokerage. This is somehow guiding properly the clients to their unquestionable decisions.
However, I will assure my keen and with basis facts for this endeavor.
